Every job, scored before you read it.

Careeah is a job search tool that pulls roles from job boards and company career sites, then scores each one against your profile: seniority, salary, location, remote, and work eligibility if that applies to you.

Job search is a reading problem.

Search returns hundreds of roles a week. Most are the wrong level, below your salary, or somewhere you can't legally work, and the only way to find that out is to open each one and read it. So you skim, you miss things, and you apply to whatever you happened to have energy for that day.

What Careeah does differently

Five things, in the order they matter.

1.

Every job scored before you read it

Each role gets a Match Score against your profile, with the reasoning attached. You read the score first, and the job description only if the score earns it.

Over 40 roles clear the bar on a typical day
2.

Jobs that never reach a job board

Plenty of companies only ever post to their own careers page. Careeah reads those directly alongside the big boards, so a role doesn't have to be advertised to reach you.

3.

Scored on your terms, not the employer's

Seniority, salary floor, location, remote, and work eligibility if that applies to you. Set your bar once and every incoming role is measured against it.

Need sponsorship? That's one of the checks, not a separate product
4.

One job, once, and you apply direct

The same role reaches us from an aggregator, from the employer's own board, and from several of your searches. It collapses into a single entry, and the version that survives is the one whose apply link goes to the employer.

5.

No dead listings

Expired postings are dropped before they're ever scored. You don't spend a morning on a role that closed last week.

A score you can argue with.

The Match Score isn't a black box. Every score comes with the reasons behind it: which parts of your background it matched, what the money looks like against your range, and whether you'd actually be able to take the job.

Disagree with one? Adjust your profile or your search, and the whole feed rescores.

Work authorization

Employer sponsors work visas for this location.

Three steps, then it runs itself.

1

Tell it about you

Your background, the roles you want next, your salary floor, where you can work and whether you need sponsorship.

2

Set up your searches

Group the searches you care about so different tracks stay separate instead of collapsing into one noisy list.

3

Open the feed

New roles arrive already scored and explained, highest first. Read three, not three hundred.

Questions

What is Careeah?

Careeah is a job search tool that aggregates roles from job boards and company career sites and scores each one against your profile: seniority, salary, location, remote preference and work eligibility, so you only read the jobs worth reading.

How does the Match Score work?

Every job description is read against your profile rather than keyword matched. The score reflects how well the role's requirements line up with your background and how it measures against the terms you set, and each score shows the reasoning behind it.

Is Careeah free?

Careeah is free for candidates today. We haven't settled on paid plans yet.

Which countries and industries does Careeah cover?

Careeah isn't limited to one country or one industry. It works for any occupation, anywhere the role is posted online.

Does Careeah show jobs with visa sponsorship?

Yes. If you need sponsorship, work eligibility becomes one of the checks a role is scored against, and UK roles are checked against the government's register of licensed sponsors. If you don't need it, the check simply doesn't apply to you.

Where do the jobs come from?

Job boards and applicant tracking systems, plus companies' own careers pages. Where the same role appears in more than one place, Careeah keeps the copy that links straight to the employer.

Will I see the same job twice, or jobs that have closed?

No. Duplicates of the same posting collapse into a single entry, and expired listings are dropped before they reach your feed.

Stop reading job ads. Start reading scores.

Set up your profile once. Every role that arrives after that is already measured against it.
